Community Active Breathwork Sessions

Community classes hosted online monthly with in-person offerings coming soon in Toronto.  These 60-minute classes begin with an introduction to breathwork and gentle grounding, followed by 30 minutes of active breathing and ending with a supported integration rest.   My goal in every Active Breathwork session is to create a safe and grounded container where students can reconnect with themselves and experience the somatic healing power of their breath.  Follow me on Instagram or sign up for my newsletter to find out about upcoming events!  

1:1 Active Breathwork Sessions

For those looking to take their Active Breathwork practice to a deeper level.  These online 60-minute private sessions provide a personalized opportunity to work with the medicine of your breath from the comfort of home at a time that fits your schedule.  Expanded grounding and intention setting allows us to customize each session to address what's showing up for you that day and guiding throughout the session is specific to you.  Available as a single session or save with a package of 4 sessions.  Contact me below for rates and availability!

1:1 Custom Breathwork Sessions

Have a specific goal you're working towards?    I design custom 1:1 sessions to address specific goals such as stress reduction, immune system support, somatic rage release, energy balancing and more.  Contact me below for more info!

What is Active Breathwork?

Active breathwork is a three-part breathing technique cued to rhythmic music that helps to reduce stress and anxiety, improve mental clarity and energy levels, release stuck energy and trauma in the body, and help you sleep better. This practice creates a mental shift that quiets the ego, allowing us to move energy and connect inward on a deeper level by tapping into the healing power of the breath. 


Active breathwork can be practiced by all healthy individuals. Please note this practice is not suitable for pregnant people or those with severe asthma, epilepsy, high blood pressure, heart conditions, or a history of heart failure or stroke. If in doubt, please consult a healthcare professional before signing up.
